Testing out a new lens!

I just got a new 24-70 lens today. I stalked the UPS guy all day long. haha! It finally came at 5pm! I put that sucker on my camera and went a click in! :) The kids were playing in the sand so I tested it out on them. I think I am going to like it!


















I can't wait to play with it tomorrow at Ryan's school Halloween parade!

Kathleen's Birthday Party

Kathleen's Halloween themed 2nd birthday party was so much fun! All the kiddos (some adults too) came in costume. It was a fun chaotic day! Here are some cute pictures from the day.

Fall Trip to West Virginia

Shawn and I got to go on a getaway this weekend back to Wv. Shawn's Grandma was turning 80 so we went up to surprise her. We had so much fun! The kiddos stayed with Momacita & Papacita and got spoiled of course! haha! It was nice to fly in peace and to be able to sleep in a bit. We sure did miss them though. I did get to talk to Ryan on the phone and it broke my heart when he asked if I was coming back! He gave me a super duper big hug and kiss when he met us at the airport on Sunday!

It was so nice to see everyone in Wv. We had a great dinner with the whole family and got to see the twins. Kathleen and the twins were born only a few days apart so they will have a blast when we go up again after Christmas. Ryan will like they they both loves cars and trucks too! haha! We had a wonderful weekend, but I am happy we are back home with the kiddos.

Pumpkin Patch Fun

We went to the pumpkin patch on Sunday. It was so much fun! The kids loved being outside although Kathleen is so stuffed up now. Her allergies are killing her! The hayride was a hit and well as the tricycle riding. They each got their own pumpkin to take home too. It was a fantastic family day. Here is a slide show that I put together.
