School Time

School has started! Yay! The kids love their new teachers and are doing so well. They were so ready to get back to their friends. Here are some pics from the 1st day.

Last week of summer

This past week was our last week of summer. Preschool starts tomorrow for both Ryan & Kathleen. They are so excited! We spent the past week squeezing in a few last summer activities. We were sure busy! We went to an ice cream party with playgroup, lots of swimming, walks to the park with stops to feed the ducks, trying out our new rain coats when it rained, and one last summer play date with our friend Hayden. We had so much fun! We topped it off on Friday meeting Ryan's teacher at meet the teacher day and Kathleen's on Saturday. We are ready for fall!

Last few days of summer

School starts next week. Wow! Summer went by fast! Ryan is ready though. I think he is getting tired of lazy summer days. This past weekend we had family weekend. We swam in the pool, watched the Olympics, and went on a family walk to the park. We had a fantastic weekend!

Friends at the River

We went on our annual friends & family trip with the Millers and Judges to Windy Hill this past weekend. We had a blast! We went to Landa Park to go swimming ,rode the train, danced at Gruene Hall, played in the river and cooked out. It was also Connor's 4th birthday so we had fun celebrating!
